A huge thank you for taking an interest in The Hard To Kill Podcast. The goal of the podcast is to help 100k veterans lose 2 million pounds. Global War on Terror veterans have a greater risk of obesity, mTBI, mental health issues and need a more nuanced approach to their recovery. I believe GWOT veterans are the next greatest generation but can only begin to thrive once their health issues are stabilized. I do this by bringing top tier experts in the health and wellness space to explain how they’re helping others become healthier and fitter. No other podcast covers the wide range of health issues affecting the veteran population. The Hard To Kill Podcast was launched in March of 2019 by Canadian Army veteran, author and fitness coach Dave Morrow.
