Whether writing about astronauts, entrepreneurs or inspirational kids, I love writing about those who are making the world a better place. As a freelance writer for the past several years, I have been very fortunate to interview and write about current Canadian newsmakers. I also produce content for one of Canada’s top post-secondary institutions. Accordingly, the topic range is expansive. Through other projects, my work has raised awareness and support for women, children and their families right here in Durham Region. I have experience writing for business audiences and profile some of this country’s greatest children’s writers. As a freelancer writer I draw on my essential career experiences as a national news researcher and public relations consultant.
