Mark is an award-winning freelance journalist and writer in the Quebec City region. He's been writing original news and feature stories for Canadian and American print and online publications since 1993.
Mark has an undergraduate degree in history and political science from the University of Toronto, and studied Canadian history at the graduate level at Université Laval.
