I'm an award-winning author, journalist and purpose-led entrepreneur who specializes in helping people understand and navigate complex public issues such as resource development, Indigenous self-determination, climate change, and economic equity. A journalist for over three decades, I've written for Time Magazine, CBC, the Globe and Mail, CanWest News Service and the New Brunswick Telegraph Journal. I am the author of the best-seller New Brunswick Underwater, about the historic flood levels along the St. John River, one of North America’s largest freshwater ecosystems and how residents came together to build back better. I have won a National Newspaper Award, an Atlantic Journalism Award, a CP Ontario News Award and Thomson News Awards. I am on the executive leadership team and co-founder of We The Change, the B Corp Women CEOs group.
