I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). I specialize in teaching communication and emotional regulation skills to children with developmental differences and/or dangerous behaviours. I also support and coach the parents of these children. Before becoming a BCBA, I worked for 20 years as a professional writer, first as a technical writer for the computer industry, and then as a freelance writer for trade publications with a focus on educational technology.
