I'm a freelance filmmaker, photojournalist, and writer. From 2017-2022, I was based in Afghanistan working for publications including Al Jazeera , Scientific American, Undark Magazine, Vice, Foreign Policy, and others. More recently, my work has focussed on short-form documentaries from across the Middle East.
