In addition to an advanced clinical degree and several years’ experience providing direct clinical care to patients, I have a Masters degree in health professionals education, completed at one of the world’s Top 100 Universities. I have experience teaching health care students both in the classroom as well as online. I work both in the medical education and continuing medical education realm. As I am a native English speaker, I have an outstanding command of English, both spoken and written. I am a member of both the European Medical Writers Association (EMWA) and the American Medical Writers Association and have completed training in EU regulatory pathways. I work for clients in the Netherlands, the US and Canada. In addition to creating medical education modules, I write summaries of published articles, clinical trial abstracts, and provide conference coverage. Therapeutic areas I write in include cardiology, oncology, dermatology, hematology, musculoskeletal diagnostics and therapy, neurology, pediatrics and orthopedics.
