I'm a skilled business writer/editor with seven years of experience and particular expertise in developing plain-language reference and training materials. I've worked in non-profit, government, and corporate environments. Along with my corporate experience, I have a substantial background as a freelance editor and proofreader. Since 2003, I've worked with dozens of job seekers, business people, authors and scholars to help them develop, polish, and (where appropriate) publish their work. My current areas of focus are fiction, trade non-fiction, and scholarly books/articles in the humanities and social sciences (especially literary and cultural history), but I'm happy to discuss other kinds of projects as well.
