I am a freelancer with over five years of experience as an in-house writer and editor at a tax law firm and at the Alberta Energy Regulator. In those roles, I wrote website content, annual report pieces, information documents, bio pieces, and more. I have written two projects for Canadian Blood Services: an internal set of over 200 FAQ documents designed to help customer service representatives interact with the public through various channels, as well as the 2018/19 Annual Report to Financial Donors (forthcoming). In addition, I am a professional editor and a co-chair of Editors Canada's Publications Committee, and I bring an editor's eye for detail to all of my writing work.
