Dorothy has spent more than 20 years as a freelance writer and columnist, winning both national and international awards for her work. She has been a columnist, and contributing editor to professional and lay publications throughout North America and Europe. She is the author of 3 commercially published non-fiction books, and has taught writing classes to a variety of students. Editors have frequently reported (a) that she is easy to work with, and (b) that her submissions seldom need much, if any editing. Over and above her writing career, Dorothy is a registered psychotherapist in private practice.
