I am a lawyer and investigative journalist, focusing on the protest circuit. I produce exclusive on the ground footage at public events, editorial comics, and offer in-depth commentary and analysis. My work has been featured by all major national broadcasters, as well as American Press, Reuters, Fox News, and CNN. Apart from legal training, my reporting is influenced by my lived experience as a brown Muslim woman whose family was displaced to Canada by violent conflict and colonialism. My work is about upholding rule of law to promote peace, order, and good government.
