I edit and write articles for the Canadian advertisement-free consumer magazine, Food for Life Report, published by the non-profit Centre for health Science and Law. I have also written chapters in various books, including Food Law in Canada, and Communications in Question, and articles for peer reviewed journals such as The Lancet, the Canadian Medical Association Journal, Canadian Nurse, and the European Journal of Risk Regulation. My op-eds have appeared in several daily news papers including the National Post, Ottawa Citizen, Toronto Star, Winnipeg Free Press, Telegraph Journal, etc. I Since 1998, I have been an independent expert source in news reports broadcast in most major Canadian news media networks including CBC, CTV, Global, dozens of daily newspapers, and some magazines.
