Are you a social media specialist looking for a purpose-driven freelance opportunity?
Success Works is seeking a contractor to manage our organic social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for the remainder of 2025. If you’re creative, organised, and passionate about creating content that drives real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:
- Work to a content calendar and deliver consistent, high-quality organic posts (approx. 5 per week)
- Create engaging content and visuals, including creative assets for paid ads (ads managed by an external agency)
- Focus content on attracting potential candidates, with employers as a secondary audience
- Respond to comments and engage with followers
- Connect with like-minded organisations, comment on their posts, and encourage them to share our content

What success looks like:
- Growth in followers and engagement across all platforms
- Increased candidate leads via our website and 1800 number
- This role is scoped for 1 day per week and is ideal for a freelancer or contractor who wants to contribute to meaningful, people-focused work.
