🎙 We’re hiring a podcast assistant (Freelance or Casual) ✨

To help us bring our vision to life, we're looking for someone brilliant to support behind the scenes. This role could suit someone looking for flexible work - maybe a mum returning to work, a uni student wanting creative experience, or someone who just loves making things happen and is passionate about our cause!

Tasks include:

✔ Finding and contacting potential guests
✔ Booking studio time and arranging calls and recordings
✔ Preparing guest materials – slide decks, question prompts
✔ Liaising with guests, sponsors, and collaborators
✔ Supporting marketing and social media content
✔ Helping develop sponsorship packages and approaching aligned businesses
✔ Keeping our notion podcast planner up to date
