Agency and media friends: I am looking for a freelancer to do some very small/scrappy local market media planning and buying for our company (Clarvida). Very fast, small project but with opportunities for more work!

For example, a couple billboards in Huntingdon, PA, a few local radio spots, and a few community newspaper ads. Then, rinse/repeat a similar approach in 1-2 other markets.
