In this fully remote role, you will create and refine content that maintains our brand voice and standards across multiple formats. The candidate must be equal parts writer, editor, and storyteller, with a proven ability to transform basic ideas into engaging and inspiring content. Aside from expert word-smithing, exceptional communication skills are a must when working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate also possesses a great attitude and positive nature. You are organized, open to feedback, and can take ownership over projects while delivering quality work under tight deadlines.

What You Will Do:
-Write and conceptualize social video scripts and copy across our OMNI Channel network, including banner ads, social media posts, emails, and web pages
-Work closely with design teams and project managers to meet project requirements and collaborate to offer creative solutions that address brand and business goals
-Participate in cross-functional meetings
-Translate marketing brief directives into compelling, customer-facing content that is clear, concise, and meets brand guidelines
-Excellent editing and grammatical skills with strong attention to detail

What You Will Need:
-3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a copywriter for an agency or in-house creative team (Retail and brand-focused).
-Demonstrated proficiency in writing copy for digital channels
-You are comfortable with presenting ideas and can clearly and articulately explain the rationale for projects
-Up to date on relevant social trends within the industry
