Charter is looking for a temporary managing editor for parental leave fill-in. This will be a full-time remote contract position running from May through September. The temporary managing editor will lead Charter’s team of journalists covering the future of work, overseeing newsletters, special projects, and other editorial activities. The ideal candidate will have editing and people-management experience, experience or interest working in a startup environment, and a strong interest in making workplaces more equitable, dynamic, and future-ready.
