Technical Writer (Associate)

Write, edit, and maintain user guides, support articles, and other technical documentation for internal and external audiences
Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to update existing content/documentation to reflect current status of products.
Develop and maintain structured processes, standards and templates to track and share product manuals and other product related material.
Identify opportunities where additional documentation could benefit internal and external customers
Align documentation initiatives and content projects across a global organization
Support the Marketing team with content adaptation and generation for the company’s marketing efforts
Support content design and layout to illustrate material
