Fortune is looking to hire an editor on a temp-to-perm basis to edit, assign, and maintain content for our recently launched and fast-growing personal finance/e-commerce vertical, Fortune Recommends. 

This editor must have an extensive knowledge of personal finance, excellent copy-editing skills, a dedication to creating high quality service journalism, and an understanding of the competitive e-commerce space. They will be responsible for creating the methodology for our lists, keeping them updated, and editing a team of freelancers. They will also work cross functionally with our SEO team to maintain our growing library of content through frequent updates and optimizations. 

The editor must be willing to jump in and help with day-to-day responsibilities like editing freelancer and in-house writers. Finally, we are looking for a team player, as our newsroom thrives on collaboration, experimentation, and telling great stories across platforms.
