1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice. 

As Headway’s contract Clinical Writer, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling articles to engage our target audiences — mental health clinicians — and drive results. You will collaborate with virtually each department to create resonant, empathetic, and clear communication that delivers on key messages and sentiment in alignment with our brand voice and company objectives. 

This role requires a strong clinical understanding, excellent writing skills, and the ability to deeply understand and adapt to different audiences and goals.
