Canada’s best special interest magazine — is looking for a part-time (three days; 21 hours per week) Features and Front-of-Book Editor to manage two vital sections of our print magazine.

We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm for telling stories about social justice, ethical living and spirituality (from a progressive Christian perspective). The ideal candidate has lots of great ideas and keen instincts for what resonates with Broadview’s readers. You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and can thrive within a team. You are an independent problem solver who is excited by the opportunity to make a big difference for a small organization and to help Broadview continue to deliver high-quality journalism.

Broadview is the oldest continuously published magazine in North America, with roots dating back to 1829. In both 2021 and 2022, Broadview won Best Magazine: Special Interest from the National Magazine Awards. The flagship print magazine is published eight times per year and delivered to 22,000 paying subscribers. We are a multimedia organization that also produces digital-exclusive content, social media content, newsletters, podcasts and events.
