Global Toronto’s news department is seeking an experienced permanent part-time ENG Digital Technician (Camera Operator and Editor). Reporting to the Assignment Editor, the successful candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing coverage of local news, sports and community events for all platforms. You would be a member of the Global News team which produces local newscasts 7-days a week and provide a continuous flow of content to GlobalNews.ca. Applicants should be aware that all shifts are possible, including early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends, and overtime may be requested from time-to-time. This is a bargaining unit Group 4 position.
