Push the boundaries of tech. In your sweatpants. Alludo is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience using a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) like Marketo. This contract role bridges marketing strategy with operational excellence to drive high-performing, data-driven campaigns. You will be responsible for executing global B2B email initiatives that promote Alludo products and deepen customer engagement. As the champion of our data-first approach to nurturing and engagement, you’ll continuously uncover smarter, more meaningful ways to engage prospects and customers throughout their journey.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Create engaging email content, including writing compelling subject lines and persuasive copy.
  • Build and optimize nurture email series, continuously improving workflows to maximize engagement and results.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to identify high-performing strategies and improve overall email campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key email performance indicators including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions with a focus on continual improvement.
  • Leverage data and insights to uncover engagement opportunities and build targeted segmentation strategies aligned with customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
  • Partner with Sales to develop email cadences for lead follow-up using Salesloft.

What YOU bring to the team:

  • 2-4 years' experience within Marketo or a similar MAP.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience with work management software, Jira preferred.
  • Experience with marketing campaign analytics.
  • Experience executing B2B campaigns aligned with industry best practices.
  • Organizational skills with ability to focus on details while handling a high workload.
  • Familiarity with data management concepts, lead scoring, lead nurturing and demand generation reporting
